I drove the launch of Accion’s Business Resource Newsletter with the following goals in mind:

  1. Build brand loyalty
  2. Facilitate sales conversions
  3. And provide technical assistance and business counseling to small business owners across the U.S.

During the two month pilot phase of the newsletter we saw an average open rate of 40% and click through rate of 6%, we grew the subscriber list by 243%, and facilitated over 60 conversions.
